Saint Valentine's day in the school.

As a bilingual school, we take into account holidays from anglo saxon culture. On February fourteenth, all the students were part of the celebration of Saint Valentine´s day; an important day in North America to remind the history of Valentine (a priest that was imprisoned, tortured and killed, because of performing marriage ceremonies.)

On this day, people usually exchange cards, sweets, flowers and gifts. For that reason, we wanted to be part of it. The students created cards, made crafts, they wrote poems and acrostics in order to focus on Valentine’s Day.

It was a day full of love, respect and red and pink colors. In the following video, we can see some pictures that evidence their work and effort.
