Teaching basic skills and subject matter—the fundamental duties of teachers—can be abundantly satisfying if done creatively and successfully. But finding and nurturing special talents in children and youth, and seeing those students and their talents blossom, are among the great joys of teaching. In fact, our task in school should be to do both—to teach basic skills well and as early as possible, and to identify and nurture students' strengths.

On that way we specially turns into the correct way to give students wide possibilities to find themselves, using their own talents, or maybe discovering by practice, next June 9^th we are going to have an special event in which most of students reflect their talents on the “English Day” as a Luigi`s Awards, films, Dancers, Singers, Staff, photographers, reporters as so on performing their talents, they were practicing after Holy Week really hard, just focusing on The Main Event, so, the questions is: It is important to Professors Identify special talents in the Classroom?
